Set a Hard 'Done' Time — When You Stop Working for the Day

Without a clear end, work expands to fill every evening. There is always one more email, one more thing to tweak, one more task that could be squeezed in. Before you know it, your entire night is gone.
Pick a time — 6 PM, 7 PM, whatever works — and draw the line. When that time comes, you are done. Not "mostly done," not "just this one thing." Done. Your evenings need protecting just as much as your working hours do. Rest is not a reward for finishing — it is a requirement for doing good work tomorrow.
The point
Pick a fixed time to stop working each day and honor it — rest is not optional, it is what makes tomorrow productive.
