Most people don't drink enough water not because they don't want to, but because it requires getting up. Proximity is the simplest health hack. Keep a filled water bottle on your desk, your nightstand, your kitchen counter. If it's within arm's reach when you'd normally reach for your phone or a snack, you'll drink more without thinking about it. Don't rely on thirst signals — by the time you feel thirsty, you're already mildly dehydrated.
