A bowl of fruit on the counter gets eaten. The same fruit in a drawer gets forgotten and thrown out. Your environment shapes your choices far more than your intentions do. Put water bottles where you sit, keep nuts and fruit at eye level, move vegetables to the front of the fridge. Hide (or stop buying) the foods you want to eat less of. This isn't about restriction — it's about making the easy choice the good choice.
