Drink Water Before You Try to Fix Anything Else

That headache, the brain fog at 3 PM, the irritability that seems to come from nowhere — before you blame stress or lack of sleep, ask yourself when you last drank a glass of water. Mild dehydration mimics the symptoms of a dozen other problems, and most people walk around in that state without realizing it.
Keep a bottle within arm's reach and sip throughout the day rather than chugging a liter when you finally remember. Your body absorbs water better in small, steady amounts. It is the simplest health fix that exists, and it costs you nothing.
The point
When something feels off, drink water first — dehydration hides behind almost every minor complaint.

I used to reach for coffee when I felt sluggish at 3pm. Now I drink a glass of water first. 80% of the time, that's all I needed. Dehydration mimics fatigue perfectly.
Adding to this: headaches too. Before I take ibuprofen, I drink 500ml of water. Often the headache is gone in 20 minutes.
