When motivation spikes, the instinct is to tackle the biggest change: strict diet, daily gym, zero sugar. But willpower is a poor foundation for lasting change. Start with the easiest habit — the one that requires almost no effort. Drink one extra glass of water. Walk for ten minutes. Go to bed fifteen minutes earlier. Small wins build momentum and prove to your brain that change is possible. The hard stuff becomes easier once the easy stuff is automatic.
