Don't Ignore Your Posture Behind the Wheel

Many people spend an hour or more driving each day in a position that wrecks their back, neck, and hips. The seat is too far back, the shoulders are hunched, and the head juts forward. Take two minutes to set up your driving position properly: seat close enough that your knees stay slightly bent, lumbar support in contact with your lower back, headrest at the center of your head. If your car's seat doesn't support you well, a small lumbar cushion costs almost nothing and changes everything.
