Always Have Questions Ready for the Interviewer — Silence Signals Disinterest

H howtolive.guide ·

When they ask "Do you have any questions?" and you say no, you're telling them you don't care enough to be curious. Prepare three to five thoughtful questions in advance: ask about team dynamics, how success is measured, what challenges the team is currently facing, or what the interviewer enjoys most about working there. Good questions show you're already thinking like someone who works there -- and they help you decide if you actually want to.

The point
