Job descriptions are wish lists, not checklists. Hiring managers often list their ideal candidate knowing they'll rarely find an exact match. If you meet 60--70% of the requirements and genuinely believe you can grow into the rest, go ahead and apply. The worst outcome is a "no" -- and even that teaches you what to work on next.
