Do Not Normalize Disrespect Because the Pay Is Good

A high salary can become a golden cage. When the compensation is generous, it is tempting to rationalize being yelled at, publicly humiliated, or treated as disposable. But money does not undo the damage that chronic disrespect does to your self-worth and health. Track what you are actually trading: sleep, relationships, confidence, the ability to enjoy a Sunday without dread. If the cost of staying is measured in your mental health, no paycheck is large enough to break even.
