Sleep in Your Workout Clothes to Remove Tomorrow's Excuse
The gap between waking up and actually exercising is where most good intentions quietly die. Every extra step — finding clothes, choosing shoes, walking to another room — gives your tired brain one more chance to talk you out of it.
Go to bed in your workout clothes, or lay them out by the bed the night before. When getting dressed is no longer a decision, moving becomes the path of least resistance instead of the thing you have to talk yourself into.
The point
Removing the friction of getting dressed makes tomorrow's workout far more likely to happen.
