Sleep consolidates whatever your brain worked on last, so the final thing you review before bed gets an outsized advantage. Most people waste that slot scrolling a phone. Spend the last five minutes before sleep reviewing the single hardest thing you studied that day.

Write it on a card, read it slowly, and let your eyes close on it instead of a feed. Test yourself on that same item first thing tomorrow — it will likely feel easier.
