How to Actually Build a Workout Habit That Sticks

Most people fail at exercise not because they choose the wrong workout, but because they start too ambitiously. The secret is to make the first month embarrassingly easy. Two pushups, a five-minute walk, ten squats — something so small that skipping it feels more ridiculous than doing it. Your only goal for the first 30 days is to not break the chain.
Once showing up is automatic, your body will naturally ask for more. The person who does ten minutes every day for a year will always outperform the one who does ninety minutes for three weeks and quits. Build the habit first. The intensity will follow on its own schedule.
The point
Start with a workout so small it feels silly to skip — consistency built over months will always outrun intensity applied in bursts.
