Add "ICE" (In Case of Emergency) before key contact names in your phone — for example, "ICE — Maria (wife)." More importantly, set up the Medical ID feature accessible from your lock screen (Health app on iPhone, emergency info on Android). Include blood type, allergies, medications, and conditions. Two minutes of setup that could matter enormously when you're unconscious and a stranger is trying to help you.
