Jealousy Is a Messenger -- Listen to It, Then Let It Go

Jealousy feels ugly, so most people either suppress it or let it explode. Neither works. Jealousy is actually information about what you want but feel you can't have or don't deserve. Someone's promotion makes you jealous? You probably want more from your own career. A friend's relationship bothers you? Dig into what specifically stings.
The trick is to separate the signal from the noise. The signal is I want something I don't have yet. The noise is they don't deserve it or it's not fair. One points you forward. The other keeps you stuck. Acknowledge the feeling, extract the lesson, and redirect that energy toward your own path.
The point
Jealousy tells you what you want -- listen to the signal, discard the bitterness, and use it as a compass.
