I'm 35 with back problems from 10 years of bad posture at a desk. Trust me, your 25-year-old self thinks this doesn't apply to you. It does. Get a good chair and a standing desk now.

Раньше вёл заметки в 5 разных приложениях. Теперь — один файл в Obsidian на каждую тему, и каждая заметка заканчивается вопросом «что мне с этим делать?». Заметки без этого вопроса мёртвые — красивые, но бесполезные.
