You know the feeling: you need to do something, but your body stays glued to the couch. Your brain starts generating excuses — "I'll do it in five minutes," "I'm not in the mood," "It can wait." The longer you wait, the harder it gets.

Try this: count down from five — 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 — and physically move. Stand up, open the laptop, grab the keys. The countdown interrupts the hesitation loop and gives your body a launch signal. It sounds too simple to work, but it does.
