What to Do When You Feel Stuck and Can't Explain Why

Everything is technically fine — and yet something is deeply off. You're not moving. The impulse is to think harder, to analyze. But often that's the wrong tool. Stop trying to think your way out of it for now. Instead, check the basics first: are you sleeping? Moving your body? Eating? Seeing other people? If the basics are covered, try changing one small thing in your routine — any thing. Then try describing the feeling out loud to someone. Sometimes a stuck feeling unlocks the moment you attempt to articulate it. And consider this: stuck might not be a malfunction. It might be your body's signal that the direction you've been going is simply wrong.
The point
Check the basics, change one small thing, say it out loud — and consider that stuck might mean wrong direction.
