Comfort Zone and Safety Zone Are Not the Same Thing

H howtolive.guide ·

Your comfort zone feels safe — but staying there too long creates its own risks: stagnation, atrophy, a slow shrinking of what you believe you're capable of. The safety zone is where you're genuinely protected. The comfort zone is where you're just avoiding discomfort. These two things can look identical from the inside. The difference only becomes visible when you notice that nothing is growing — and hasn't been for a while. Knowing which one you're in changes what you're willing to try.

The point
Comfort and safety aren't the same — one protects you, the other just keeps you from growing.
