Not Every Problem Needs to Be Solved; Some Just Need to Be Lived

H howtolive.guide ·

We are problem-solving machines by nature, and that serves us well — until it does not. Some of life's hardest moments are not puzzles to crack but experiences to endure. Grief is not a problem to solve. Neither is ageing, or the ache of watching someone you love struggle.

When you stop trying to fix what cannot be fixed, something shifts. You stop fighting reality and start being present in it. That presence — uncomfortable as it is — is often where the deepest growth happens.

The point
Some of life's hardest moments are not puzzles to crack but experiences to endure with presence.
