When One Explanation Fails, Change the Angle

If a concept doesn't click after reading the same explanation three times, the problem isn't you — it's the explanation. Every teacher, every textbook, every video approaches a topic from a particular angle, and that angle might simply not match how your brain organizes information. Persistence with the wrong resource isn't discipline; it's stubbornness.
Find a different teacher, a different book, a video, a diagram, a hands-on exercise. Sometimes one metaphor unlocks what ten formal definitions couldn't. The concept hasn't changed — only the lens you view it through. The best learners aren't people who understand everything on the first try; they're people who know when to switch approaches.
The point
If an explanation isn't working after multiple tries, find a different source — the concept is the same, the angle matters.
