Revoke Access for Third-Party Apps Connected to Your Google and Apple Accounts

Over the years, you have probably clicked "Sign in with Google" or "Continue with Apple" dozens of times. Each of those sign-ins grants that third-party app access to parts of your account — sometimes just your email, sometimes your contacts, calendar, or drive files. Many of these apps you no longer use, but they still have access.
Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions for Google and Settings > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID for Apple. Review the list and revoke access for anything you do not actively use. It takes two minutes and closes doors you forgot you left open.
The point
Third-party apps connected via Sign In with Google or Apple keep access indefinitely — revoke what you no longer use.
